Good news ... I finished my freelance project on Friday and my client really liked it!
Bad news ... my Dad's in the hospital so I drove down to LA to be with him until he feels better. I brought my sewing machine and baby quilt and back-tack projects to work on during the nights. Hopefully all will be well soon and Dad will be home later this week. :-)
The one good thing is that he has some pretty damn great doctors at his beck and call. You gotta be thankful for things like that. Also good to see that our government treats their veterans pretty damn well ... so right now I'm giving them an A+ grade.
