Okay, so they're finished two months late, but here's the ruffled skirts for Miss J (top) and Miss L (bottom). Since there are no child sized hangers in our house, I pinned them on the bulletin board to take these quick snaps. Hopefully they will still fit. I'm not sure since Miss L seems to shoot up each time I see her. Luckily I didn't listen to her wanting just the color blue because as she's since informed me, pink is once again her favorite color. First grade being the uber fashion zone nowadays I restrained myself from using some of the cute novelty prints and went with simple dots and shots of color for Miss L's skirt. Now Miss J is still a little one so she gets the one with the Dick and Jane board game print. Doesn't it remind you a bit of school? These are VERY easy to make thanks to the tutorial by Grand Revival Designs found here.
